Thanks for visiting One For Her.  We are a registered Charity set up to help local women and girls in our community affected by period poverty.

We encourage ladies to buy an extra pack of products each month and donate them via one of our drop off points.  We take these donations and distribute them to ladies and girls in need via local charities and to women who contact us directly asking for assistance.
